Profiling of individuals are not a new concept. What have become eminent is that it is now more important than ever before that we include profiling tools, not only for our own benefit, but also for that of our businesses.

At PASS Competence we do not advocate that our online tools are by any means similar to, or replace, psychometric tests or other similar or alternative methods of assessing individuals or groups.

In the selection of our tests, we have however focused on the different personality patterns and behaviour trends and linked this to our other online tests to provide a balanced and informed indication to:

• School-leavers in their choices for career options and studies.
• Companies as part of their recruitment and selection interventions.
• Companies as part of GAP analysis (Job specific) for training and development purposes and interventions.
• Identification of potential multipliers for succession planning.
