• After you have successfully entered the challenge you will receive a public online profile which will indicate some background information on you and your ventures, including progress made,
• We will avail a form to be used for assistance or guidance needed,
• We will have bi-weekly online sessions through which we will provide guidance and assistance based on the consolidated feedback on the forms received,
• You will be required to update on a bi-weekly schedule your progress and monetary gains for the period,
• We will have a gala evening at the end of the challenge to celebrate your successes, and which will also be used as a prize-giving evening. This will allow you to rub shoulders with other “millionaire’s” as well as a number of our sponsors.

There is a R100 entry fee.

There is a recurring monthly administration fee of R100.

You need R100 capital to start with.

1. No illegal activities will be allowed.
2. No drugs or alcohol sales, distribution and or manufacturing will be allowed.
3. This competition is only open to legal residents of the Republic of South Africa.
4. Contestants may be requested to participate in publicity connected to this competition. The contestants grant permission for the use of their names and photographs in any advertising and promotional
   material for this competition.
5. The Contestants absolve the Promoter, its affiliates, its advertising agencies, advisors, suppliers,
   nominated agents and dealers from liability from any and all claims howsoever arising, including from
   wilful misconduct or negligent acts or omissions on the part of any such person.
6. The Promoter reserves the right to alter or cancel the challenge at its discretion, without recourse.
7. The contestant unconditionally and irrevocably indemnifies and holds harmless Promoter and its
   successors, employees, officers, suppliers, contractors, agents, consultants, directors and shareholders
   against all and any losses, claims, proceedings, actions, damages, (direct, consequential or otherwise),
   liability, demands, expenses, legal costs (on an attorney and own client basis), medical costs or other
   costs howsoever arising out of, based upon, or in connection with (directly or indirectly) the participants
   participation in the competition, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
8. If a participant contravenes these rules, the participant may, in Promoter’s discretion, be disqualified
   from the competition.
9. Income taxes relating to the prizes, if any, and all income generated during the course of this challenge are the sole responsibility of the prize winners.
10. Contestants in the competition understand and agree that in order to offer the competition; Promoter
    must collect and use personal information about contestants.
11. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into. Entry implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.
12. Prizes must be accepted as offered by the named winner. There is no cash or alternative prizes, in whole or part. The prizes are not transferable and cannot be resold.
13. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value should circumstances outside its control make this necessary.
14. Entrants under the age of 18 must obtain permission from their parents or guardians before entering.
15. Failure or defaulting on any of the monthly administration fees will result in disqualification.

1. The 1st prize: Total value of R200,000
2. The 2nd prize: Total value of R150,000
3. The 3rd prize: Total value of R100,000
4. The 4th Prize: R15,000 cash.

Thus total prize value for this competition = R465,000

The 1st to 3rd prizes will be randomly assigned, whereas the 4th cash prize will be based on the contestant profile that received the most votes and support from the public.
